As someone who has been running the team drives I am sorry that we have let people down this time :(. Its nice to see some people taking initiative and making teams themselves at least.
That being said your final comments and especially the
AdasWrath"I regret nothing and every thing i have done is justified."
is really scary when it comes to a team game and setting like TF2. That topped with the somewhat arbitrary hour requirement and the "safe space" things makes me really uneasy.
Best of luck to finding people and having a good season and to people who might tryout, actually have tryouts. Play 3 or 4 games with the team before you make a decision.

Re-reading it again, i can see how the last line could be taken of context.
Hours is just to filter out people that i believe need to experience more tf2 on their own, but i can see it being lowered.
Safe space is mentioned to state that people that join my team wont be judged harshly and put too much stress but rather encouraged to continue playing as long as they are willing to do so. Safe space is also used for comedic purposes :^).
