What AMD drivers still support dx8?

I've been trying to install DirectX8 compatible drivers for some hours now and can't really find any information on it.
The latest definitely don't support them. Does anyone have any idea which old driver still support dx8?

I use the last version of Catalyst before Crimson on my computer at home. I can check to see if they still work when I get home later today

Just use mat_phong 0 and r_worldlights 0:on dxlevel 98.

I'm using catalyst 15.7.1, here's my driver info

out of curiosity, how can you tell that yours doesn't support dx8? Will tf2 not let you switch to it or something?
