I asked a few guys on steam what their first impressions were of teamfortress.tv (having never seen it before)
The responses were pretty much "too much text"
So, here's my suggestion:
Remove the twitter column as I don't think people read it (I don't at least) and make the whole width only for featured stuff. Also reduce the info under the title to a couple of sentences

Looks far less cluttered in my opinion, although it would look much nicer when done by someone who knows what they're doing (I'm awful at photoshop)

i sort of agree. I think the twitter column isn't needed and does add too much text

Twitter is just redundant because it announces events on the left. Adding team vs team thumbnails would be cool, but I don't think there's any dedicated person for that (though it wouldn't be a bad addition).

When everything that's on the Twitter feed is basically on the column to the left, the Twitter feed isn't really necessary.

I dislike the video as the whole page lags while it and it's associated screenshot load in.
