i live 20 minutes north of where yomps lives (in New Paltz)
if anyone is driving through the area and has room for 2 people + PCs we would appreciate it if you could pick us up

This is the route that I will be taking, but I need more people to pick up so I don't break the bank getting there and back. I own a minivan so I can pick up 7 more gamers and I'm willing to drive a distance out of the way to pick people up.

Yes, it's true. We'll probably have some spares in the event that people forget theirs, but please make an effort to bring your own.

Table dimensions are 2.5 x 8 (so about 2-3 people per table). You'll be fine as long as you don't bring dual monitors, a hilariously massive monitor, and/or a 5 foot mousepad (please don't do any of that, lol).
