I don't know if i'm right in saying this but. People should be allowed to make mistakes in scrims/pugs/matches without being screamed at. I'm 100% positive that Psi probably knew that dying to those stickies was a mistake even without being yelled at. Of course when you run over stickies and fucking drop uber that's very obviously not a good thing. Everyone makes mistakes at every level of TF2 and recognizing those mistakes is how you get better. Losing/dying/making a bad play is a stepping stone for success if you're able to recognize your bad play and fix it. Screaming at people about what they did wrong is not at all productive in helping them improve when it's pretty fucking obvious to anyone even to the person who made the mistake that what they did was wrong.
Basically, you don't need to be condescending or yell at people to help them. Just calmly explain to them what they did wrong. I do not understand how that is so difficult.
