Recently i got a new PC that inst aids, and i wanna start streaming tf2.
My first attempt on streaming, was VERY laggy. when i was playing i felt no difference, but the live stream was very laggy.
if someone can help me with how to set this up, and cause it not to lag majorly, i'd appreciate it a lot.

having a bitrate that's too high can cause your stream to lag and stutter

dont buy any nvidia card that isnt GTX, every GT card blows and is supposed to be for media centers, not gaming
also FX-4300 is awful, low end even back when it was released, i doubt you can stream with a decent framerate with that
you can try setting OBS to using only one of the 4 cores in the FX-4300 in Task Manager (the last one)
