what happens is while i shift + tab to use steam overly, to message someone for example. this shit happens. i dont know why this is , but if someone can explain why this is happening and try to help me fix this issue, i would appreciate it.

I had a similar issue using an outdated version of an old HUD I used, remove your HUD and see if that helps.

i used many huds (Rays, Yahud, m0re hud) all have the same issue. so i dont think the hud is the cause

have you verified game cache and checked for any unneeded custom files? also, was there a reason or update that made this start?

i have many times, checked all my files for tf2 (cfg, custom, etc.)
idk what made this start, all i know if i shift + tab, this happens.

Happens only in TF2 or other games as well?
1. Try stock TF2 and see what happens.
2. Run a GPU benchmark (e.g. Unigine Heaven/Valley) and check for interesting artifacts like those.
