I am unable to talk and heard a player called MuteTF from NA was able to come up with a solution to this problem using some sort of voice text to speech binds.
Would be very happy to find out how he did this as I'm only interested in the challenge of playing competitive modes and not being able to talk is holding me back quite a lot.
I'd especially like to play on eu pugchamp, but I dont want to ruin anyones experience by not being able to communicate and have heard that you get banned from the site if you don't talk while connected to voice.
Any help would be greatly appriciated!

I dont remember exactly how mute did it but I remember talking to him her a bit about using an android soundboard like this plugged straight into the mic

Ya I made a crappy java program a while back that lets you bind global hotkeys to custom text to speech sayings. Add me if you want it. You still would need to route the audio from that to mumble using other software (i only remember the vague details of that but mute probably remembers).
Also there's this person on tf2center who had a really nice sounding voice bind setup when I played with her you could ask her how she did it.
