You'll just have to play on EU servers, they're still laggy but they're the best option for people in the Middle East (my team's demoman lives in Israel and his ping can be kinda shitty sometimes). For websites, there's etf2l.org (the European tf2 league) for serious matches, but you can also play unofficial games on websites like faceit and TF2center.

European servers are your best bet. 150 ping is quite a lot, I think you should get about 100 with decent internet. There's a decent number of middle east players in ETF2L, mostly from Turkey and Israel.

Im pretty sure that mercy plays from the middle east, and that guy fucking nuts. I'd recommend playing a hit scan class as its much less ping dependent. Theres a good amount of eu players like Thaigrr and Funs that play NA pugchamp quite often and pound. Just keep practicing and you'll get custom to the ping.
