I'm afraid of ants. I'm nearly 25 and I still feel like they can climb my legs and find their way through my skin and holes in my body to get inside me. Especially when there are a lot of ants. These fuckers are millions years old and have colonised almost every landmass on Earth, isn't that threatening? Giant ants also exist and if you think that they are more dangerous, try smashing a pile of tiny motherfuckers in a single hit. They are indestructible and extremely cunning - as soon as you try to punch then they will invade and sting your body with thousands of tiny claws they have on their head. Scientists have also reported several times people had their anus destroyed by ants.

I'm afraid to look into mirrors at night but I'm also afraid to have my back to mirrors at night
Whenever I think of my own blood, in any capacity, it freaks the hell out of me for some reason. It's going to be fucking awful when I eventually have to get blood drawn from me.
I have a fear of heights which is pretty normal the funny thing is that like because of that fear whenever im at a high place like the top of the stairs or a building or like a bridge i always am scared that i will somehow accidentally just jump off the edge lmao
pretty much any substantially deep body of water. basically anything i cant stand in
heights and insects, ESPECIALLLY house centipedes
I usually spend my summers in a house filled to the brim with house centipedes and i've had multiple instances where i'd be laying on my bed watching tv and id feel like a light breeze on my arm id look over and id see a huge house centipede crawling on my arm. I hate the thought of them crawling on me while i sleep so i usually stay awake bored out of my mind (because i have no internet there) until the sun rises because they sleep during the daytime. Fuck those things

I forgot to mention i have a really big fear of hyperventilating. If i ever get like a really stuffy nose and i can barely breathe i freak out sometimes and have panic attacks.
I've had a fear or disgust of Ketchup or Baked Beans. Something about how they look just freaked me out when I was a kid. If there was like any trace of either of them on my food plate I'd refuse to eat it. I've dealt with it better over the years but it still puts me off whenever I see someone eating them. It just looks disgusting to me...
crane fly/daddy long legs
when they fly in and buzz round my monitor I flip out.

Story time.
Just for context my Dad is huge 6'6 barn door big bushy moustache type guy and hes in pretty good shape for his age.
My family are in a nice restaurant and chatting away and I am showing my new wallet to my dad across the table. An old brown coin drops out and bounces across the table, my dad leaps up and bellows in fear scaring everyone in the room... everyone stares at us.
My Dad looks around and very calmly raises his hands and says "Sorry everyone, I thought it was a button" and sits back down, as if that is a perfect justification for what just happened.
Turns out he is the 1 in 75000 with Koumpounophobia (fear of buttons).

also when i was younger i always thought i wasnt safe in my bed at night and thought someone could come through my window anytime in the night and kill me which made it hard asf to sleep and i think i started having this fear because of things i watched on tv at the time like cops and news stories about murders and horror movies and even to this day i really hate cable tv

this. except I also hate ATMs, I guess I'd rather just walk in. kinda goes along with the mugging thing.
oh and another one to add, it's not really like a "I'm gonna die" fear, but I just hate returning stuff. I always think they will tell me no and won't take the item back, despite most retail stores plus amazon having flexible policies. bigger ($100+) purchases I'll always give extra thought before buying I guess.
