it's great for gaming, but not the most ideal for streaming
if you're going with an intel chip you're going to want an i7, but a lot of ryzen chips (especially the ryzen 7 ones) are great for content creation (streaming being one of them)

The more processing cores will benefit you while streaming, but either way both of these chips will be able to handle a stream pretty well.
