Hi idk what can help cuz i cant play on pugchamp. If the reason is my vac ban in account i want someone who can help me
first warning which i can see is: You are not authorized to use this system.
and second warning is: You cannot captain because you do not meet the requirement for games played. <------ but i dont know where the requirement are

if your ban doesn't affect any source game you can ask admins to manually add you

it'll be because of the vac ban, send proof of the vac ban not affecting tf2 (Steam -> Settings -> Account -> VAC Status -> Click on the "?" next to your VAC Status, include your account name in the screen) to me or another admin and we can get you unbanned (via erynn or tsc, yes)

i've already provided proof that it's not for tf2 and both nursey and jarett messaged erynn to remove the ban and erynn hasnt responded yet

i've already provided proof that it's not for tf2 and both nursey and jarett messaged erynn to remove the ban and erynn hasnt responded yet

since erynn said vulcan's been unbanned for two months and hasn't replied to my pm about it even though he's posted since i assume he's unbanned too

yeah sorry about that, so the issue was that the message was still showing up even though I wasn't banned anymore, I just needed to queue up to remove the message
