Great bout all around though, was not expecting mayweather to actually brawl with him and he did. UFC fans should realize now that even their best strikers are leagues below the skill that the boxing world is at.

I wouldn't say leagues below, boxing isolates and only uses a portion of striking. When you're mcgregor you can't use a good portion of what you would normally use in a fight. Floyd is by far the best within boxing rules at striking so not trying to take anything away from the man, that's kind of just how it is.

the fight turned out pretty good. it was nice to see mayweather actually trying to get after his opponent instead of his usual routine. i wish the ref would have let the fight continue, even though connor was basically guaranteed to lose at that point

I really enjoyed Mayweather's strategy of letting Mcgregor punch his gloves over and over for about 20 minutes until Mcgregor was too tired to fight. The best parts were when Mayweather just walked at him with his gloves in front of his face and Mcgregor just kept punching them - it's like he didn't know what else to do with himself lol.
