PROBLEM FIXED HERE'S THE SOLUTION:

follow this routing and then DELETE mumble.sqlite (the thing to the left of appdata will be your pc's name, or your name, ex. John's PC or John Smith)
this will remove all of your servers but it's how i fixed this problem.

I get these messages (in chat and the extra window) every time i try to join a server, whether through a connect link (like pugchamp) or through my saved tab.
Yes I tried changing my name.
Yes I tried different servers.
Yes I cleared my certificates.
Yes I restarted my pc.
Yes I've been unregistered
Yes I completely uninstalled and reinstalled.
And yes, I clicked the "yes" button.

i remember getting an issue like this before, i had to have an admin of the mumble forcibly unregister me so i could generate a new certificate for that server
