From a new player's perspective, I'd certainly say Newbie Mix coaches/organizers. After playing a couple of mixes I can safely say that all of my coaches have been incredibly nice, supportive, and helpful to me and my teammates.

when they are NOT youtubers who milk the shit out of a game making unoriginal live commentary and how "woow haha so random" the situation gets. I'll LOVE you more if you are not one of those trader youtubers talking about their favorite loadouts just as an excuse to show off their back pack and their 2or 3 highlander medals so their subs see you also play epic e-sports! Last but not least you can defenetly marry me if you are not one of those youtubers who get 1 airshot/headshot, overreact to it and then WASTE hours editing that 1 frag for 1 video and pick their music sample from suicidesheep and the whole channel has like 300 videos of that (note that some people have it worse making fucking gifs of that and uploading them to their steam artwork like if that was the only 1 good frag they are gonna get in their lives). It also includes "jumpers" who instead of speedruning the whole map just beat one jump and get an orgasm and make videos of that. If you are not one of those make me love no homo tbh honestly
