Agreed. Its taking me 30 minutes to find games. I haven't even been able to get any of the new unlocks yet.
They just sent out a GC message that they will be fixing issues with contracts and queuing right now.
well they did something right because you can have 6 party members now
Yeah it's a bit ridiculous how long it takes to queue up for a game.
The TF2 team has been working long ass hours to get this shit fixed up and working well. Some were in the office until like 10-11 at night on a Friday to get this shit patched up, after what was definitely a crazy week getting this ready. Jill was in stream chats and messaging on Steam last night to give us updates on the hotfixes they were pushing, in basically real time.
Just thought I'd pick this thread to encourage people to recognize the hard fuckin' work they've been putting in with a small small team. I'm not letting the inconvenient queue times get to me too much. They're really trying.

It's cool you're on a first name basis with them and everything but I can't be bothered to queue 30 minutes to play a game where a week ago I could play in 30 seconds. Their hard work (for which I am sure they get paid to do) isn't going to make me satisfied until it actually works properly.

Mike wasn't bragging Hildreth. He's just saying be patient and that the team is working hard to ensure we game to the maximum. Keep calm and wait patiently for Valve to fix the bugs.
If they had more people in the tf2 department maybe it would have been fixed way faster?
Hmm...
