- Fixed players being able to use the Thermal Thruster during the freeze period at the beginning of the round
- Updated koth_lazarus
- Fixed an issue with map-specific sprites not loading
- Updated pl_enclosure_final

- A few string typo fixes too: https://github.com/SteamDatabase/GameTracking-TF2/commit/9ad40f8c68d94758e25091b3bbcb38f746f6658f

Valve- Fixed an exploit related to the Heavy's health and the G.R.U.
Valve really should throw the Steam Subscriber Agreement at Delfy and others. Even Uncle Dane confirmed last night that the only thing he's in it for is money (bonus points if Kevin O'Leary's voice popped into your head as you read "money"). I think nobody would mind if this section was thrown right in their face:
the Steam Subscriber AgreementValve may terminate your Account or a particular Subscription for any conduct or activity that is illegal, constitutes a Cheat, or otherwise negatively affects the enjoyment of Steam by other Subscribers.
Enough already. Sure, Blizzard and Riot may be at times just a touch overzealous (particularly in the case of Blizzard), but at least they actually take action against people knowingly maliciously exploiting. Even a temporary casual suspension if they got reported for griefing is better than the nothing that we're accustomed to.

there is nothing wrong with doing something just for money. after all its supposed to be the main motivator for doing things. I agree that he should get banned from tf2 tho, but at the same time i doubt valve would actually fix these glitches if nobody would popularize them.
also dragons fury is still bugged and sometimes doesnt register hits.

They can be reached very easily by email or support form if people want to report glitches and bugs. They tend to fix big things fairly quickly, if they're brought to their attention. The problem is he didn't choose to do that. And doesn't plan to, ostensibly. He is NOT doing it out of the goodness of his heart so Valve can know about it - he's doing it for money.

the fact that he does popularize the exploits its what actually brings them to valve´s attention ....
he might not do it with good intentions but at least we see them fixed
ive seen stuff be exploited for months in this game because no one really knows how to replicate them and the fact that only a group of people have access to it it doesnt make it a big nuisance to most players, but its still there

20 more griefing/glitching channels would rise to take his place, probably with fewer scruples
(e.g. “Trolling with LMAObox! [FUN]”). Banning him isn’t even going to stop him from posting videos in the long run, but then again it would be nice to see that prick lose his unusuals.

I tried to votekick several people who were using some of these exploits in a malicious manner and everyone is like "You don't like fun do you? Booo what a buzzkill!"
Yeah and you're not a buzzkill when you're spawncamping the enemy team with 30k hp and locking people outside the map with your teleporters

i dont think censorship is the way, if its not Delfy it will be some other guy. It's tf2 team's problem if they add "cheating" ways that dont require 3rd party programs.
Also what does the money have to do with anything?

Eric has still not gotten back to me about you-know-what. It's been over a week now and if this cheat was out in the wild, it would be crazy.
Fully agreed on the Delfy crap though. His videos aren't just bad for the community and the game, they're awful in the first place. It's like first grade humor XDDDXDXDLOL.
