step 1: choose ur victim

step 2: invite them to a party

they auto-accept even if they press decline lmao

step 3: type this and then crashkaptain in console offline with the wait command enabled

it spams them with 66 messages a second and for some reason 1 message lags you as hard as a hud_reloadscheme
