As a pyro main, I think the changes where good in general. Personally I would nerf the airblast force, its way too strong right now and requires no effort or good positioning to get environmental kills. I would also reduce the hitboxes of the flame particles as shown it the video its sooo easy to use and require no effort. Overall im pleased with this update, all it needs is some tweaks and fine tuning.

it's hard to tell right now because like it demonstrates in the video vipa linked flames are retarded but all i really want is some goddamn skill indexing in this class. There's a problem when random pyro publords have like the same dm as most plat pyros because hardly any mechanical skill is needed.
airblast stunlock being gone is a good thing, new airblast that makes the floor an ice rink is pretty dumb.
good direction by valve, questionable execution.
also i wish dragon's fury either had much more range or like no range cap at all with the tradeoff of no afterburn after a certain distance, so you can't just combo snipe somebody from a distance with no falloff. it's super unsatisfying to use when a scout just holds the s key and the projectile fizzles out of existence in front of his face(damage and fire rate could be changed as compensation for this if it's really needed, I'm not great with numbers). Hitbox is also the size of a barn it could use some toning down.

i like everything except that you can not aim and do basically your full damage output to any number of people. There's even less of a skill index because W+spray like you're having an aneurysm takes less skill, no tracking or aiming is required, etc. Once they fix that it'd be interesting to see them make FT's require more skill if they're going to make Pyro like every other class where their primary is their main weapon.
