getting people to pay up on time

Better documentation and records, more awareness, and setting deadlines for ourselves

8 invite teams,17 im teams and 30 open teams lets do it, lets get everyone paid up in time.

players are gonna be willing to make their own teams instead of having hundreds of people lft without any team leaders

For IM to be feasible we need all current open teams to live, 2 or 3 open teams to move up to invite AND at least 5 NEW open teams to fill gaps.

Whatever happened to the newbie mix drive? I heard that newbie mixes were back but I never saw the team drive happen. Do they need volunteers?

Newbie Mixes have really fallen off in both player and coach numbers since the revival. They are around, but I dont know about newbie drive plans or anything like that as me and kevin no longer have the time to really commit to a project like that, and I have not really been asking the people that took them over about those things.

Where do new people play these days? I noticed tf2center is kinda dead on the NA side.

They try faceit, add up to pugchamp and often don't get picked, add to tf2center and get rolled, or just don't play at all.

On reddit, you see a lot of people recommending faceit for people new to competitive and I think I see quite a bit of new players there

The easiest way would be to keep as many of the current Open playoff teams alive going into next season, except we suck at that so good luck.

Have everyone move to TFCL instead.
