Heals For Reals is a charity livestream dedicated to community member Mike "CornishGamerHen" Krasny, who passed away on March 1st, 2017. Heals for Reals will raise funds for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, who work to raise awareness, fund research, and providing resources for those in need. The event will be hosted by eXtine and Lecrum at eXtine’s apartment in Portland, Oregon on KritzKast's Twitch channel.

Day 1 will feature events such as 2-hour jump segment, competitive TF2 tutorials, casual tournaments, and a Prolander all-star segment with 2 auctioned player slots. There will also be a Cooking with eXtine segment for bacon fried rice, and an Ultiduo tournament with signups coordinated by Essentials.TF.
