the first time is saw this channel was when the mafia dad vid was posted on the mde subreddit when it was uploaded like a year ago (idk if it was by him or not i don't remember) people liked it at first but then started saying that it was too much like old mde/tim and eric, and then people started not liking it so much. (I don't remember if it was because people just thought that style was played out or because people just don't like T&E because they believe T&E ripped off MDE's style and got successful from it. (Idk if that's true or not tbh))

also he owns the MDE book so it's obvious he's familiar with them.
I like the vids though, they're cool, and remind me enough of MDE to fill the void since MDE is pretty much dead now, or at least a husk of what it used to be. u_u

Yeah, I like his videos! Ideas man was the first ever MDE video I watched so it's really cool his videos are similar to that sort of style. I'll definitely check his channel every now and then.
Some of his jokes didn't hit me at all but that was rare, I laughed at most the jokes.
I'm excited to see how he evolves his style and writing over time.
