There is no such thing as an underated prem player in tf2 because if they do cool stuff they get rated.

does anyone else think rr- was underrated? i just remember him taking a pretty big role in iT's roamer, doing pretty well and then leaving after a season

Demo : Smirre
Soldiers : uubers, azunis, raf (on roamer tho)
scouts : Scruff, still Credu on scout (for me, he's still underated regarding his level as scout), Mr. Epic
