Technically, Queen Elizabeth II is the Head of State for several countries in the British Commonwealth realms. Practically each country is independent.

All laws/decisions are passed through parliament and need to be signed off by her representative, the governor general. its more of an old tradition than anything. so in my eyes we dont really have a queen.
