doesnt happen in any game other than tf2 and it also happens with the default hud aswell as any other hud
nothing changed in obs, my gpu seems alive

had this problem too
try checking "Allow Transparency" and "Capture third-party overlays" in the game capture settings thats how it fixed for me

i reinstalled the gpu drivers and it was fine, though i will keep ur advice in mind if it ever happens again kises and love on ur way bud
