It might help others if you include a link to what crosshair you're referring to. If it's a YouTuber's crosshair, they may have a link to it in their video's description. Otherwise, trying to reach out to the YouTuber for it might be best.
If all else fails, you could always make your own if you're willing to learn how.

you seem to underestimate how difficult it would be to coach someone as clearly incompetent as you through setting up some dumb youtuber crosshair that you'll probably get sick of in a day

For anyone wondering on the happenings in this very interesting thread: I already made her the crosshair yesterday as VTF.
But turns out she doesn't know how VTFs work and she uses Mac. I gave her a functioning crosshair folder with the VTF in it but apparently that crashes on Mac. She also wants it to turn red as hitmarker but that involves turning the png into a font and editing her version of toonhud. Her original attempts at creating this crosshair herself had the middle part as an off center HUD crosshair. Not sure if she's familiar with centering HUD elements. Didn't ask.
I'm not familiar with Mac, fonts or hudanimations so I gave up. If anyone would feel like it for some reason: here's a download for the VTF and PNG
