Icewind, the creator of demos.tf, hasn't been online on Steam in 5 days, so I've opened a Github issue where he's been online recently:

Pugchamp matches aren't serveme.tf reservations, so I can't do that.

somehow stumbled into a mix against the owner of the site yesterday and he explained that its an issue with the host, he contacted them and its a matter of them responding now, not sure how long it could take either
