got introduced to his music properly way too late but still was fascinated by his evolution as an artist for as long as i remember;
the fact that he made K.I.D.S., Faces, Watching Movies..., GO:OD AM and Swimming among other contributions to hip-hop and music overall BY AGE 26 is just so fantastic, what a talent, what a nice and funny man

got introduced to his music properly way too late but still was fascinated by his evolution as an artist for as long as i remember;

RIP. Opiates are fuckin bad man. I've lost multiple family members from heroin overdoses and have a lot of people close to me overcome their addiction. It's easier said than done but get help and get the fuck off the opiates.

Although I'm not from Pittsburgh, the majority of my best friends are from there and they went to the same high school as Mac/Wiz. This one hits home. Mac Miller went to the same summer camp I went to (and still go to work there) and he is an absolute legend. I remember years ago he visited and he was such a genuine and kind person. Not only did he take an insane number of pictures with kids but the conversations he could hold with people was incredible. The influence he had on the people in Pittsburgh is truly incredible. It's hard to pick a favorite song but if I were to pick one it would be REMember (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_jIxsERbUV4). This song was dedicated to his best friend, and one of my former counselors who passed away 5 years ago. Rest easy Malcolm McCormick.
