the g pro is pretty silent in my experience, good keyboard too if you don't mind losing the numpad.
Cherry MX Silent switches are pretty quiet compared to other mechanical switches and are functionally identical to Cherry Reds.
However, not many keyboards offer them, I do know the Corsair Strafe is one of them though.
O-Rings are also always an option if you're strapped for money or want to dive even deeper. Silents + o-rings is basically inaudible.

Use really loud switches so all your neighbors go deaf. They won't be able to hear your keyboard anymore.
I actually just ordered this keyboard with silent reds. I'll let you know how it is :D

if you want to go the custom route, quite literally the most silent switch you can get are lubed silent cherry red/black stems in zeal housing.
If you don't wanna do that get a Leopold/filco/varmillo/ducky board with silent switches, if you get a more budget brand you risk getting a board with a loud and squeeky spacebar.
also NIZ electro-capacitive keyboards are absurdly quiet, and have nice feeling knock-off topre switches.
Don't try o-rings, they completely ruin the feel of the switch imo

I would recommend one of the matias quiet click keyboards.
They are basically a modern ALPS clone and are both quieter and more satisfying to type on (imho) than browns or any of the cherry linear switches.

^Basically this.
MX-Silent Red/Black/Fast + O-Rings 0.4mm or 0.2mm if using fast
I used these with Cherry MX Browns for a long time https://www.amazon.com/Cherry-Rubber-Ring-Switch-Dampeners/dp/B00AZQ2OF8 was still a bit louder than your typical membrane keyboard but not much so, I can only assume that MX-Silent keys + O-rings would be as quiet or quieter than basically any keyboard you can find.
Another big tip, put your keyboard ontop of a mouse pad. This also helps dampen a lot of the noise as well.

This video has 2 MX-Silent keyboards compared to a MX-Red. None of them have O rings added all keyboards are directly on a hard flat surface.

I used the Corsair STRAFE RGB for a while and they've got a number of MX Silent keyboards on their site that you can choose from. Now I use the FNATIC miniSTREAK and have been really enjoying using it for both gaming and writing stuff. They're sold out right now but there's also the STREAK and RUSH pro keyboards that have MX Silent switches available, although only the STREAK (full size) has MX Silent switches available (at the time of writing this post). Only thing I'm not too happy about with it is the keycaps, which feel a bit cheap. They work for my use anyway.
Rocket Jump Ninja even has a discount code that you can use to get 10% off at checkout. I even had an issue where my top row malfunctioned and I couldn't use it, and after talking to support they eventually sent me another one for free since it was under warranty. Works perfectly now.
I definitely enjoy the wrist rest of the miniSTREAK (I'd assume the STREAK has a similar wrist rest) in comparison to the STRAFE that I used to use on a regular basis. It's just more comfortable and feels like an actual cushion rather than textured plastic and you can extend it out if you have larger hands like I do. Ducky keyboards are really solid quality and never a bad choice in my eyes, but I guess it depends on your budget. The $100 USD price tag plus discount code to me was the best that I could get given the money that I was willing to spend at the time.
