Could in theory be helpful to people with low sensitivities and being a bit to twitchy. Can make fine aiming a lot easier to do with the arm without messing up gross aim (doing 180 flicks to spy check or just to turn around and leave) OR prevent yourself from flicking so fast you have no idea where you're going to stop at.

the only time i've ever aimed well was when I played on a WMO which has neg mouse accel so I want to emulate it for other mouse
