I know the site has taken a lot longer than anybody was expecting, even us... but you will be pleasantly surprised how much of a full beta product we have produced. It was decided that we would take it even further and automate some other things which would have otherwise been manual.
As for preregistering accounts, we removed that function because we need people to agree to the legal stuff.
We are very very close now though!

I am certainly liking that recently there have been a spike in the number of gaming sites that support team fortress 2. Must still be on the rise. I hope to play with you all on here soon once the website is a straightened out a bit more.
