Roster lock was not preventing me from joining this team. There was no cooldowns in effect.

It kinda sucks that that happened to ScrewB, but honestly I'm not too upset about it since we improved so much from the last time we played Blue Elephant. We went from getting 5-0ed by them to being able to barely beat them in a 4 hour long match in like 2 weeks. Even though we could still be in the top 8 right now if it wasn't for the alt account situation, the fact that we were so determined to get good enough to win that match and succeeded makes up for it to me.

It is something i am actively working on improving with this team. Our main focus in the off season will be to try to get the scouts and medic to take over more of the calling and therefor heals. Playing on teams where you have the best DM and are main calling leads to major pocket soldier syndrome and will be something i need to personally work on. I feel like i try to do too much and it inhibits my own and my team's overall growth past a mid IM level. Once our players are done with there finals we are continuing scrims for next season. We plan on remaining intact.

yes you did join before roster lock, but that's because you wouldn't have been able to finish playing with your IM team because by the time you had your last match with them, roster lock was in effect. So yes, you did use a different account so you could avoid roster lock.
