Finals are kind of killing me right now. I just want to know what you guys do when you're feeling stressed out

I spend time with my girlfriend. I also sometimes smoke Indica strains of weed. One thing that helped me reduce stress is dealing with the situation as soon as possible so I don't have to think about it all the time and feel ready. It can be hard to deal with certain things but I try to have a "plan" set-up to minimize my stress.
I hope you find your way to deal with stress it's different for everyone and I don't encourage taking drugs or smoking weed to cope.

I don't know where you're from but in NJ its cold out and I don't spend much time outside. So when I'm stressing I like to either go for a run outside or even just walk around and take in some fresh air.
it depends on how much stress, but usually i jerk off once or twice and feel depressed for a few days
Take an hour or 3 to zone out and forget everything related to whatever's stressing me and listen to some music

Recognize that whatever it is you have to do, it is better if you do it now and are stress-free later than do it later and be stressed now. If you do it later, you have less time to relax because whatever is on your mind will keep you stressed.

Make sure that you leave time for yourself. Since the start of the this semester I've been coming home with an ungodly amount of homework, and I would sike myself out by thinking that I wouldn't have time to anything other than homework. I've started stopping doing all work at 10 pm and leaving 2 hours to do decompress. I've been so much less stressed and despite spending less overall time on school work I've gotten so much more done. You should be seeking for proactive solutions to stress, to stop it from even happening in the first place, rather than fixing it once it already happens.
