please stop waiting until the very last minute to schedule an "upcoming events" page for NA matches
when i was first in invite i would be asked almost every single week day when we were playing our matches
as far as i am aware this was to help the producers set up things more on time come match day
i've seen EU matches scheduled on upcoming events three days in advance

http://www.teamfortress.tv/50687/esea-s29-gf-froyoblack-vs-froyotech Event page is live.
During the first 4-5 weeks of the season kept on top of match event scheduling and getting posts/writeups on site early, and unfortunately have kind of dropped the ball recently. Over the course of the season has gotten harder to keep in touch with match page writers as I've gotten busy with school and due to both a decrease in casting/production staff availability most nights I only really know a day in advance if not the day of who's casting/producing a game. Have had issues where matches get rescheduled multiple times over a week and still waiting on invite leaders to accept invites. Discounting the few times have gotten misinformation about match dates/times, most of this should be remedied going forward since I've been offered help from louster to help hold down organizing events.
TLDR: appologies for the dropoff in sidebar event timeliness, been busy and life has been complicated, will be fixed with more help from lou going forward to next season + finding new scheduling medium

No one is getting paid to put up match pages, cast, produce or do any of the production side of things. I challenge you all to step into any of the aforementioned rolls and see what its like. Its thankless hard work.

I agree with you wholeheartedly that it is thankless work and this was not the best way for me to approach this. However if TFTV ever needs help with anything like this I would be way more than happy to oblige.
ALSO THE MATCH IS 11PM EST TONIGHT, NOT TOMORROW.

the best thing a top division player can do to help with little effort is schedule games a good bit ahead of time and being transparent about it, aparently etf2l gf this season was internally scheduled almost a week before it happened but not officially on the matchpage until 1 day before, resulting in hectic planning for the whole analysis section.
also being approachable helps obviously

I hate to be negative, but Ironically I missed the match because of this thread.
