2016 huds work just fine most of the time, just change ui version to 3

it's cb hud, hex edit. i'm not sure where you could find the original dl, or an updated version

like said above, it's been a while since i updated this monstrosity (2016-07-19) but here you go, just changed the info.vdf file so it should at least somewhat work
