Some Textures Actually Blinding Me

So I just started using Comanglia's Max Frames config and I was wondering if there was any way to use them without getting your eyes destroyed by the heavenly white vortex that is cp_process.

Is there anything I could do with my monitor outside of the game files that would help?

check if mat_fullbright is 1; if you have only been on listen servers with cheats that may be the case

if your using the quake textures / low picmip then your maps will be eternally bright as fuck, disable it to get it back to normal, monitor settings wont do anything in my experience
