my hamstring flexibility is dreadful so conventional always pulls on my back.
feels easier to push off the floor as well

Goals I'm currently going for: tryna get better at barbell cleans, muscle ups, and perfecting rope skipping (should be the easiest).
I'm sitting at a 102kg DL and Squat, and my bench is around 61kg. Also since it's getting nice out in NYC I can start running again.

ive been on and off with eating healthier and working out and stuff for a couple years but now that i actually have my own apartment and pay my own bills and shit ive been trying to learn to cook. time to actually apply it and start getting on that grind. once i get comfortable with that ill hit the gym because im gonna be honest its hard to motivate myself to go for a run or something when my thighs are chafing every time i get home from work

Going to try and stop being such a lardass and get out more. No particular goals but i would like to see a overall improvement in my health.
Trying to get back up to 100kg atleast, been slacking for a minute and havent been eating enough.
yo I’m trying to burn off baby fat and maybe show some tone within the next couple weeks, whats my daily workout (trying to avoid cardio bcus it’s difficult to jog rn for Reasons, so some combination of planks/pushups etc. with progression would b sick, tyty)
edit: should note the majority of the fat I’m concerned w is in my stomach, chest, and thighs. so workouts/routines I could do @ home with that in mind would help a ton. also my roommate has a pull up bar thing so that’s an option for what it’s worth

cutting til my belly is flat for summer. prob need to drop 5kgs
Started going to the gym with some friends 3-4 times a week and have actually felt pretty good. I'm able to see the progression which is nice especially since I didn't have to lose weight just do weight work, abs and some cardio.
@tojo easiest way to lose weight is to put out more calories than you take in. ALso if you are trying to avoid cardio do stair's or incline walking on a treadmill. I try to do at least a quarter mile at a decent incline and a 2.5 - 4.0 pace when I go

80 kg rn. Trying to get from 22% body fat to like 15%, and then bulk to the same weight again, i really like it. I've been doing boxing for the past 3 month and it was an absolute blast so far, mostly the rapid rate of getting good and giving it my all during training. Highly recommend. Was also running a lot for the past 3 years, now can't get enough of it and all the cardio to the point that i'm fairly lacking in resistance training.
The ultimate goal of course is to be as much active as possible, get more energy and learn to control it during the day/week.

I’d recommend some fasted cardio. In terms of exercises you could do at home there are soo many you could do. Pushups (wide, close, diamond), body squats, mountain climbers, if you can get a jump rope that shit is great too. I’d check out Austin Dunham on youtube, he has quite a bit of home workout routines with minimal equipment.
Also a quick tip for anyone that reads this; we’re all on our computers for a good amount of the time in a day but during those water or bathroom trips before a pug, scrim or whatever you could quickly knock out some pushups or bodysquats before you go back to your chair just a thought :)

I haven't been dancing since college, so I'm doing a plethora of small stuff. Fattened up to 185 after my Asia trip last summer and I'm down to 170 now. Trying to work it down to 165 with simple shit like pushups, crunches, planks, etc. Now that the weather is hopefully getting warmer up here I wanna start running again (but the ol' asthma nemesis is a tough one). Food-wise I've been doing much better than when I first started keeping track of what / how much I eat - trying to include more fruit in my diet. And quitting the post-dinner fooding, too.
walking 130/180 miles a month
20/25 pushups a day
running up and down my house staircase 15 times
as side from having a much more decent diet i've gone from 215lbs to 173lbs
ive gotten way to obsessed with image now tho
it's taking so long to get that last bit of belly fat away and i'm too lazy to do crunches but i think it's time to bite the bullet and do that rather than pushups

you cant target fat loss on a specific part of your body (ie. crunches for belly fat loss)

hes already improved his diet and while you can't target fat loss you can target muscle gain

Literally, all I have been doing the past month is, eat bare minimum and go to the gym an hour every day. Does that help for a gym bod?
Edit: Also I do the exact same routine in the gym every day, what are the few exercises which are necessary

nah, you'll get bigger gains if u have rest days and try to exceed ur limits each time u work out, 3 or 4 days of gym is what's common among the ripped gymbros i know
zandahow to gain weight (asking for a friend)
count calories
if u underweight and dont move a lot, work out or excercise to become hungry in which case you can start gaining weight in muscle
