part of my job is mixing a bunch of different trail mixes so i have strong opinions on this

any type of nut, in any ratio. excluding pecans and walnuts ofc they're tasteless.

they suck. cashews are sweet. peanuts are creamy and have a unique flavor. almonds aren't that good but they're there for variety. pecans and walnuts taste like crunchy paper.
