Is there a way i can change the color of the damage indicator above the character?

use broesel's installer, lets you configure that and a lot more in the hud
otherwise, open clientscheme.res and edit the color value of damage numbers

Im also running on OS x, i dont think i can use that. if i can is a huge process i have to go through
