I have an i7 6700k and a GeForce GTX 1060. When I boot the game and join casual I have around 220 fps avg. After playing for a bit it drops to around 140-110, and if I keep going it goes below 80, sometimes 60 FPS.
I've have had this issue for a very long time, many months, and I have no FPS issues in any other games.
Please help, this is very frustrating, don't know what is causing it.

I am up to date on my Intel Graphics Drivers, but I am downloading the Geforce Game Ready driver now, I doubt it will work, though.

Why do you have the Intel Graphics Drivers installed? If you're not using the iGPU it should be turned off anyway. More drivers usually mean more problems.
i have the same problem! but only after around an hour of playing, only way of fixing it rn is remembering to restart my game every once in a while, would be cool to find a perma fix tho.

disable or uninstall the Intel Graphics driver like setsul said, that's probably the issue

There is a bug with the drop system. If you get a drop your frames will gradually grind to shit untill you press j and clear the message.

Might also be this. I have noticed that often times when I respawn my frames drop. Will also try disabling the intel drivers.

Update nVidia.
Uninstall Intel.
Unless you're using the Intel integrated graphics.
In that case sell your 1060.

Is this only happening with in-game notifications or does it happen if you have a notification at all?

I only notice it with item drops. I use ur config, if that's relevant.
