In an effort to direct more meaningful discussion on this site, I've made threads attached to articles, events, and streams show up in the all threads listing. I've also added sub-forums for each of the mentioned categories. You'll be able to view and comment on threads within them, but you won't be able to create new ones in those categories.
Please let me know what you think so I can better tweak the changes in the coming days.
I like the idea, but I think on the forum browser these threads should be below the general discussion section.

Try clicking on the bar at the top with the article title.

blue is for articles/events/streams
green is for threads with >= +5 frags
gray is for threads with < +5 frags

that bar makes it so much easier to see the color and it brings more emphasis on what its purpose is
I also have a hard time seeing the colors too, i just have bad eyes and i am color blind, i imagine this is the same for a very small amount of people as well.
as much as i hate this subreddit and how tftv isnt reddit /r/atheism did the color coding concept pretty well.

I don't think comments left on stream threads should be seen in the recent posts section on the left.
