weird brown screen

Hello everyone,
I looked at a b4nny video and I thought It could be fun to download his config.
I put it in my custom folder, and everything was good until I loaded up a private game.
it looked like somebody took a shit on my screen.

Are you on default HUD because you're also using his HUD files?
Perhaps this is part of a transparent viewmodel config for dx9. Are you on dx8? because if so it's probably that

this thread can probably help you. You can do the reverse, find where the files and lines of code are and just stop the element from showing by changing enabled/visible to 0
