Hey guys, lately i have this issue of servers (that i frequently join and spend most of my time) being high ping,180 stable ping. Last time these servers used to be 30 ping , stable.
I ran the command of tracert 139.99.106.108 in my cmd and these are my results
(139.99.106.108 is the server that i play on frequently)
Results
Half of the Singapore servers available have low ping, but the other half of the Singapore servers have high ping.
Can anyone explain to me whats going on and should i contact my ISP ? If so, what do i report to them. Thanks.

Your routing to the server is bad. I have access to a server in the same 139.99.xxx.xxx range and when I run a trace from that server in Singapore to your ISP it goes through France before going to Malaysia.
