I've bought a new graphics card and my monitor does not have display port and only does HDMI @60hz. I have been out of the game for so long I have no idea what to look for. I was debating between one of these two unless anyone else has some other suggestions.

240hz isn't massively more expensive than 144hz anymore so you may as well go for that. Both acer and BenQ make top range products so.

I have the XL2411p, don't have any complaints about it other than that the default settings it arrives in are pretty bad. The colours on it look weird and you'll have to fiddle with it until it looks more normal.

Don't know anything about the acer one but if someone else knows that it's good that's a pretty good price for a 240hz and I'd get that

I have the XF250Q, pretty good with 240hz if you don't mind shitty colors.

Great value option. Used it for years and I can look past the bad colors for good dvi cable in the box.

I picked up an Acer XFA240 for a freesync compatible monitor. Would recommend if you cannot consistantly push 144 and above 100% of the time.

i have the acer kg251qd which is a fucking epic 240hz monitor for like 240 bucks
literally paying a dollar per hz is p nuts
even if you can't reach 240fps constantly it's still gonna be worth it

24inch 1080p 144hz IPS monitors under $200:
https://www.amazon.com/AOC-24G2-Frameless-Adjustable-Guarantee/dp/B07WVN6CWT/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=aoc+24g2&qid=1572133450&sr=8-3 (if you don't mind the red accents)

https://www.amazon.com/Acer-VG240Y-Pbiip-FREESYNC-Technology/dp/B07VFPYRP3/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=144hz+ips&qid=1572133538&sr=8-3

Slightly slower response times but better colors than the ones you've listed.
I suggest to look for them at a physical store/ order one, try them out then return if you don't like them.
