Sup guys, I want to know your guys on Delfy. Like do you think he is a good youtuber or if he ruins the game for people. Personally I think he damages the game with his videos, even if it isn’t his exploit that someone else found, he still popularizes it. But I want to hear what you guys think of him

Sup guys, I want to know your guys on Delfy. Like do you think he is a good youtuber or if he ruins the game for people. Haven't really heard of him and just watched his video "TF2 Exploit - Fake Killstreak". This video is some next-level shitposting man, there's 0 actual content in it, and there's not even an exploit. It's literally just a video showing the dead ringer working like it's supposed to work.

used to play dustbowl with this guy but i thought he stopped playing this game.
what hes doing tho is nothing compared to the influx of hackers that started like 2 years ago to now. u srsly cannot pub this game because there's a hacker in every serv or everyone thinks you're a hacker because ur doing well and they cant spec you

Tbh its a decent source of current exploits. With that knowledge its easier to prevent or quickly kick griefers in pubs.

I was a bit annoyed at him when everyone was building sentries outside the map on upward (since fixed) but it's like funhaver said. at least exploits have a possibility of being fixed. these cheat bots are here to stay. (until the guys who make them get bored I guess???)

Delfy is practically the most active TF2 YouTuber I know, can't think of anyone else besides Sin (nislt). The problem used to be that he would post the exploit to his channel before they were fixed, then servers with the specific exploit were flooded with players trying to do it. Then when Valve fixed that, another came along and so on and so forth.
Honestly, he's cleaned up a little and has since had a personal "rule" where he would only post exploits that were patched/fixed or harmless to an extent. Other than that he's.. ok?
I'm not subbed, but he does post more videos than even some major tf2 players.

why do u think that? delfy is an original content creator and there were already a dozen muselks across youtube. all muselk was a budget star but delfy brought something new to the TF2 youtube world

Idk, I also don't really like his stuff and it's always kinda annoying when everyone copys his exploits in pubs but content creation in general is incredibly important for the community of a video game, especially when it's mostly abandoned by it's developers.
I mean we're not the target group or so, it's stuff made for pubbers and they seem to enjoy, so I guess it's nothing for me but positive for the game itself and that's totally fine imo.
