Pretty decent considering how old it is. We got RGL instead of ESEA now, UGC is dealing with a lack of teams in NA, they decided to do a ultiduo division, nursey proclaimed his love for everything regardless of age, BTS lan canceled, me and eXtine are trying to get tf2 stuff over at Atlanta Dreamhack this year, lots of hackers in valve casual because the team is literally one person working full time and the other two working half as much due to their commitment with the new half life game, nothing crazy for Halloween or Xmas.
The game itself is in hold, but the scene is still doing things.

basically the same it's always been except that scouts are somehow even stronger these days and soldiers never stop bombing. TF2 as a game is likely a complete product at this point so any major changes will be community related.
