yeah i know this sounds dumb, idk how i got in this situation
my game has decided that the semicolon is used to report people. whenever i try to unbind it the game interprets the semicolon as a command and ends the command. for example, when i type in "unbind ;", it returns "unbind <key> : remove commands from a key" cuz it sees ; as a way of ending the command. same with unbind ";". how do i unbind this key, preferably without wiping all my other commands.

				TF2 knows the key as SEMICOLON rather than ;. So you just do: bind SEMICOLON ""
