No I'm not. What I was thinking about though was an option to switch back to the old font easily and I think I already found a solution, just didn't try it out yet.

The transparent health cross was something in one of his older versions, and he just mentioned that, there was no screenshot. A darker background is very simple to employ as well. There is nothing novel about either of these things, to my knowledge.
