#3 air+caps in Recruitment (looking for team)

andrew-What happened to ur team

the entire point of this season for me+caps was to play with reyylin, unfortunately he became hospitalized earlier this week, and is unable to play this season. After that happened the season became a wash, and me and caps tried to play with perfection's team instead. However 2 days into that experience, perfection and yoona both got banned from rgl for stupid shit. Then we tried to cobble together a roster, and we had roughly a week to try and find people. We could not find a roster me and caps were happy with, so we decided to go lft together instead of playing a season out where everyone is unhappy

edit: for those of you who are wondering, reyylin is okay and doing well, just needs to take time off

lucrativeNot gonna lie you guys are all misunderstanding the situation lol RGL has always had it that if you don’t have a team you may sign up and pay as a solo free agent to ether ring for teams or to make teams with other free agents. What air has discovered is the website asking him to pay as a free agent because he left a roster and is now in the free agent category. There may be some sort of bug but sigafoo has said publicly the fees will work the same as ESEA; you pay a one time fee for that division, if you move divisions you pay the fee of the new division. It is working this way and the free agent fee is not mandatory if you’re gonna end up joining a roster

this isn't me that took that screenshot, its my teams medic. He specifically said he was UNABLE to join any roster, and attempting to join a roster took him back to that page.

Sevengibusi still wanna know how the bug was introducedSeconded. How could adding new items to the game fuck with the unusual drop rate? Is TF2's code so spaghetti-like that we're not even going to find out?

if i had to guess, they use several formula's for each crate, and the formula is repeated for different crates.

crates 1-18, 82/85, and any other bugged crates shared the same formula for determining what drops out of them

when they added the new crate, they must have adjusted the formula for those crates and meant to either slightly raise or slightly lower drop rates of specific things out of the crates, but instead of doing that they made 0.01 into 100 or something along those lines

i would imagine they regularly do this when they add new crates, and just fucked up that single formula out of all the ones they were changing

PeteAlso make sure you're using the USB extender to put the wireless dongle onto your desk near your mousepad

The wireless is designed to have as little latency as possible, not to have long range/item penetration. Having it in the back of your PC under your desk will cause issues.

when i switch from wired to wireless on my g900 theres a few seconds where the cursor freezes and it comes back after a few seconds, your mouse might be switching from wireless to wired very fast due to a bad connection, try another usb cable
