This is the hype pre-i55 tourney we've all been waiting for! This should be amazing... So much awesome TF2 will be played with this format
Amazing stuff!
But the name makes me think of a tournament, not a lobby. IDK, maybe it's just me but I would reconsider that.
Gigabyte P34W is pretty decent, it's like $1500, 3.5lbs, quad core + 970m. Still would recommend a desktop + cheap laptop but if you really want just a laptop then the P34W is a pretty good choice imo
alfabo5 with 1 map advantage would make the most sense imo
Makes a lot of sense. Solid advantage for the upper bracket winner, but going 3-1 or 3-0 shouldn't be impossible if the lower bracket winner is truly the better team.
Thursday@10:30 apparently :'(
fireindaarcadeWait, what team would you be playing for? Have I missed juicy EU news?
Forsaken is playing for Reason b/c Schocky can't make it or something.
Wow, Flippy and Forsaken both at i55! There should be some amazing sniper highlights by the end of i55. Y'all should donate to this guy, it'll be awesome to have two top Russians at i55.
If only Sheep was going too D:
KhoumI've never posted here before but I need help. I'm going off to college this fall, and having a tower wouldn't be the best for me. I've been looking for gaming laptops, and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834232404 and http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314853 have caught my eye. If I get one of these laptops, would it be possible for me to buy a 120/144hz monitor and use it with either of these laptops?
Get a chromebook or something light for classes. $600 could get you an Asus zenbook which is super light. And build a cheap tower for games. A $600 build with an i5 and r9 270 will do great in TF2 and CSGO.
The benefits of a dual setup:
1) More performance for similar (if not cheaper) total price.
2) Laptop will be lighter and have more battery life.
3) No access to games outside of your dorm room: makes it much easier to focus on academics when you need to, and then game comfortably when you have the time.
Dat prize pot :O
Pls ESEA gib esports. Really though it would be great if we could get a bigger prize pot, now that ESEA isn't paying for a LAN. I know it won't happen, but I can dream, right?
